DASHBOARD 2.0
Dashboard 2.0
This is only the beginning.
The first dashboard is live. Now we want to take it further.
The first version covers 15 European countries. It shows when Europeans may become minorities in their own countries and how a policy of remigration could reverse this development.
With Dashboard 2.0, we want to extend this work to the regional and political level. The project now needs a dedicated budget.

From Version 1 to 2.0
Version 1 shows the direction.
Version 2.0 will show the detail.
- National projections
- One tipping point per country
- One published remigration scenario
- Fixed model assumptions
- Regional and urban projections
- Political tipping points
- Refined methodology and more differentiated modelling assumptions
- Selected interactive parameters

What we want to build
Regional demographic data and political tipping points are our first priorities.
Regional demography
From national averages to regional reality
Demographic change does not take place evenly across a country. Dashboard 2.0 will use the best available regional data to show migrant shares, age structures and projected tipping points below the national level.
Political tipping points
Measuring the changing electorate
We will examine naturalisation, voting age and the migrant-background share of the eligible electorate. This will show where demographic change is reshaping electoral majorities and political power.
Refined methodology
Refined methodology and more differentiated modelling assumptions
The first dashboard uses a deliberately limited and transparent set of assumptions. Dashboard 2.0 will refine the methodology and examine more differentiated demographic and political assumptions. These include different remigration paths, more detailed assumptions about assimilation and statistical reclassification, and clearer comparisons between long-term outcomes.
Explore the model yourself
We are examining whether users should be able to adjust selected migration and remigration assumptions. The scope will depend on technical feasibility, data and funding.
Why funding is needed
Version 1 was built with our own resources.
Dashboard 2.0 requires regional and electoral data, new methodology, development, testing and documentation. Our team is ready. Funding will allow the project to begin.
